The position focuses on developing new business while managing and growing existing accounts, with a strong emphasis on consultative, made-to-order sales.
Requirements
- Develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts using strong relationship-building skills
- Prepare and present quotes, re-quotes, and pricing proposals
- Shepherd customer orders through the full sales and production process
- Collaborate closely with engineering and internal teams on custom, made-to-order solutions
- Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and customer communications in CRM systems
- Interpret customer specifications, drawings, and technical requirements
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
