Great Northern is a local, privately owned paper-based packaging manufacturer looking for a full-time Account Manager to maintain current accounts and develop new accounts by creatively solving or improving packaging. The role requires promoting and selling all Laminations products, targeting accounts and particular pieces of business to maximise sales, and developing and maintaining a Focus 21 customer target list.
Requirements
- Promote and sell all Laminations products
- Provide quality alternatives and solutions to customers
- Target accounts and particular pieces of business to maximise sales
- Develop and maintain Focus 21 customer target list
- Communicate with customer service to meet customer needs
- Represent the company on sales calls
- Follow-up phone calls to clients to assure quality products and service meet their needs
- Offer presentations and proposals to clients and prospective clients
- Develop relationships throughout all levels of prospects and existing accounts
- Foster future growth potential and nurture long term relationships with customers
- Handle issues that may arise such as late deliveries and poor quality
