Job Description
At CivicPlus, we're looking for an AI Enablement Engineer to help turn AI into practical, secure, and scalable solutions that improve productivity, quality, and decision-making across the business. This is a practitioner role across back-office functions, with work spanning Accounting, FP&A, HR, and Legal.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain AI-enabled tools, workflows, and internal automations
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-value AI enablement use cases
- Develop integrations between AI services, internal systems, and third-party platforms
- Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
- Establish and follow best practices for responsible AI usage
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and platforms
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams
- Create and maintain documentation, technical standards, and reusable patterns
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing AI automations and integrations
- Provide technical guidance, training, and enablement support
- Participate as a collaborative member of an Agile team
- Perform other duties as assigned
