Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Programmatic Trader to join our Advertising team and leverage the direct user engagement of our consumer insights platform. The successful candidate will drive the success of programmatic campaigns across DSPs and SSPs, handle end-to-end campaign management, and perform technical execution, performance optimization, collaboration, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on DSP experience, launching and optimizing campaigns
- 3+ years working with SSPs, including direct deal ID setups and PMP execution
- Strong command of audience targeting, first- and third-party data strategies, and measurement best practices
- Deep comfort with Excel and campaign analytics platforms
- Excellent multitasking skills—able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders without missing a beat
- Analytical and solutions-driven mindset with the ability to think strategically and act tactically
