The Civil Aviation Authority is looking for a Coordinator, Learning to provide coordination, administrative, and systems support to the Learning and Capability team, supporting the delivery of learning and development initiatives across the Civil Aviation Authority.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement enhancements to learning processes and systems.
- The ability to develop effective working relationships, maintaining trust and credibility with people at all levels.
- Experience working collaboratively across teams and supporting capability-building initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administrative skills supporting learning coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience coordinating learning and development programmes and events.
- Previous experience in administering Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and other relevant software (e.g., SharePoint, Articulate Storyline)
