Job Description
Civil Science is seeking a Land Development Designer to support the planning and design of residential, commercial, and municipal land development projects. The role involves contributing to meaningful site development projects, growing technically and professionally within a collaborative team, and gaining hands-on experience.
Requirements
- Support the design and development of land development projects
- Prepare construction documents, plans, and exhibits using Civil 3D
- Assist with site grading, stormwater design, and utility layout
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support project delivery
- Perform design calculations and quantity estimates
- Support permitting efforts and coordination with local agencies
- Participate in field visits and assist with construction support as needed
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations
