Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, Minimum 8 years of transportation construction experience, Direct ITD construction inspection and project management experience, or similar experience with other DOT
Public Works Project Manager
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer (PE) license, 8+ years of experience in public works / infrastructure projects
CAD Designer
4+ years of CADD experience, proficiency in CAD software, and strong understanding of design principles and engineering
Construction Inspector
Must have 0-12 years of construction experience, including field inspections and leadership responsibilities, and a high school diploma or equivalent
Survey Division Manager
North Dakota Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license, 12+ years of professional surveying experience, proven ability to develop and sustain revenue-generating client relationships
Public Works Division Manager
North Dakota PE, 12+ years of experience, and strong communication skills required
Material Testing Intern Summer 2026
WAQTC certification, valid driver’s license, pass criminal background check and driving record. Experience with construction materials testing is preferred
Transportation Design Division Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 12+ years of progressive engineering experience, Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Recruiter
4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the AEC industry
Transportation Design Project Manager
