Job Description
Civil Science is looking for a Transportation Design Division Manager to lead planning, designing, and delivering large-scale transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership of large projects, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 12+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership of large, NDDOT Projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven ability to manage high-profile projects and guide high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills
- Experience with proposal development, strategic planning, and revenue growth
- Project management training or equivalent a plus
- Excellent communication, team building, and leadership skills
