Job Description
We're seeking a driven and strategic Transportation Design Division Manager to lead and grow our transportation design practice in North Dakota. This role requires a leader who can guide project managers, oversee multiple projects, drive quality, and contribute to business development and division growth.
Requirements
- Lead and manage the Transportation Design Division
- Oversee multiple transportation design projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance
- Serve as a senior client contact for transportation-related work
- Support and drive business development efforts, including client relationships and pursuits
- Collaborate with leadership to grow the transportation division and expand market presence
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering a strong team culture and technical excellence
