Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Head of IT support / IT Operations Lead (or similar) role
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, security, and cloud services
• Experience with budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor management
• Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives
• Team management experience
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
• Experience in automating business processes
• Advanced English language and Ukrainian language
