Customer Service Representative (CSR) responsible for handling customer communication, scheduling, and paperwork, working in a fast-paced environment to keep operations smooth and efficient. Job requires high school diploma or GED, shipping and receiving experience a plus, and willingness to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
