CJ Logistics is seeking a Director, Brokerage Operations to lead, scale, and optimize our freight brokerage operations team. This role is a critical pillar within our organization, focusing on operational excellence, carrier procurement strategy, and full P&L accountability.
Requirements
- 10+ years in the Supply Chain Logistics and Transportation industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to develop and lead teams, specifically managing Managers in Carrier Sales, Brokerage Operations, and Account Management.
- Demonstrated ability to form positive partnerships with all levels within and outside the organization.
- Advanced-level written and verbal communication skills with an executive-level mindset.
- Strong organizational follow-through and the ability to break through internal and external obstacles to grow the network.
