Director, Transportation Operations

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Director, Transportation Operations to lead and engage our Transportation Management Center (TMC) team. You will be accountable for achieving operational goals, driving a culture of accountability, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years in the Supply Chain Logistics and Transportation industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to develop and lead teams, including managing other managers.
• Advanced-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop long-term plans, and form collaborative partnerships within and outside the organization.
• Strong project management skills and experience with client-facing interactions.
• Demonstrated organizational follow-through and the ability to solve complex problems while removing obstacles for the team.
