Job Description
Make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults at CJE SeniorLife Weinberg Community for Senior Living in Deerfield, IL. As a social worker, you will provide brief supportive counseling, case management services, and general daily support to residents.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work (MSW) or counseling/related field
- LSW/LCSW or LCP/LCPC preferred
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare or aging services required
- Experience and expertise with dementia preferred
