The Residential Boys Youth Counselor provides direct care, supervision, and support to adolescents during school and group activities. This role involves acting as a positive role model and reinforcing each adolescent’s individualized treatment plan.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with court-involved, at-risk, or similar youth populations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license to utilize a company-provided vehicle during work hours
