CJR, founded in 1904, is dedicated to empowering young people through comprehensive therapeutic treatment, education, and support services. The organization offers a range of programs including residential care, intensive home-based services, prevention initiatives, behavioral health support, group homes, after-school activities, educational programs, and substance abuse treatment. CJR's mission is to promote positive change and transform lives by providing essential services in Connecticut to approximately 1,700 children, youth, and families annually.

Part-Time Residential Boys Youth Counselor
HS diploma, experience working with youth, valid driver’s license
Youth Support Specialist
High school diploma or equivalent, experience working with at-risk youth, and a valid driver's license required. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Full-Time Residential Boys Youth Counselor
Experience working with youth, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to pass DCF background check required
Friday and Saturday Residential Youth Specialist
High school diploma or equivalent, experience working with youth, at-risk or court-involved adolescents, excellent interpersonal skills
Wednesday-Saturday Youth Counselor/ Mentor
High school diploma, 6 months experience working with at-risk adolescents, valid driver’s license
Part-Time Teen Support Advocate
High school diploma, experience working with youth, valid driver’s license, excellent interpersonal skills
Part Time Client Transportation Aid
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, 1-2 years experience in transporting children or youth
Residential Support Specialist
High school diploma or equivalent and experience working with at-risk or court-involved adolescents, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
