CJR, founded in 1904, is dedicated to empowering young people through comprehensive therapeutic treatment, education, and support services. The organization offers a range of programs including residential care, intensive home-based services, prevention initiatives, behavioral health support, group homes, after-school activities, educational programs, and substance abuse treatment. School Based Clinician
LMSW, LPCA or LMFT eligible, outpatient clinical experience and/or school experience, clinical experience and knowledge regarding adolescent development, mental illness, influences of trauma, and coping skills, professional written and verbal communication skills, ability to formulate positive collaborative relationships
Overnight Youth Counselor
High school diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree or 60 college credits preferred, 6 months of experience working with youth, and valid driver's license
Teen Support Specialist
6 months experience working with court-involved youth, high school diploma, valid driver’s license, ability to work listed schedule
Friday and Saturday Youth Mentor
High school diploma or equivalent, 6 months’ experience working with at-risk or court-involved adolescents, valid driver’s license
Adolescent Support Specialist
6 months of experience working with court-involved, at-risk, or similar youth populations; High school diploma or equivalent; Valid driver’s license to utilize a company-provided vehicle during work hours
Part-Time Teen Support Advocate
6 months of experience working with at-risk youth, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license
