Every Customer Sales Representative reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for providing Speedy Stop customers with the best buying experience possible.
Requirements
- Provide Customer Service
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Complete customer interaction process in a timely manner
- Be knowledgeable about merchandise, sale items, and store promotions
- Train new Customer Service Representatives
- Balance shift-related tasks with other employees
- Continually work to enhance knowledge of store operations
- Complete specific tasks as assigned by the Store Manager
- Protect company inventory and assets
- Perform loss prevention activities
- Price, stock, and rotate products
- Refuse to sell alcoholic beverages and cigarettes to minors
- Perform inventory counts
- Follow company procedures when working with vendors
- Complete the daily paperwork
- Maintain store cleanliness standards
- Assist in ensuring all appropriate store signage is posted and changed
- Assist in ensuring all store equipment is functioning properly
- Adhere to all company policies
- Follow proper safety techniques and guidelines
