Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record working within or selling to the Construction, Retail, Agro, or Logistics industries.
- Deep practical knowledge of the Brazilian financial market, including corporate credit and payment processing.
- Strong "hunter" profile with the ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex negotiations.
- Experience engaging with financial personas (CFOs, Treasurers) and a clear understanding of their operational challenges in traditional sectors.
- Working proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows and increase outreach efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments.
