Requirements
- 12+ years of legal experience
- Deep expertise in financial regulation across LatAm
- Experience leading a legal function at a high-growth company
- Working proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Experience or a strong interest in AI tools to automate legal workflows
- A data-driven mindset
- Proven ability to navigate regulatory complexity and organizational ambiguity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
