Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our global UX/UI team and shape intuitive, accessible, and impactful user experiences across our clinical technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience designing UX/UI for web, mobile, or software applications, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
• 4–6 years of experience designing UX/UI for web, mobile, or software applications
• Experience working in a clinical, regulated, or similar industry environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design expertise
• Deep understanding of usability principles, user-centered design methodologies, and information architecture best practices
• Experience planning and conducting user research and translating findings into design improvements
• Proficiency in working within Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support team members in a matrixed, global environment
