Clarios is seeking an HR Manager to lead all Human Resources and Administrative functions at the Turkish Joint Venture site, driving business growth and organizational development while ensuring compliance with corporate and Turkish legal standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment with additional exposure to commercial/sales teams.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a small HR team (including payroll and administration).
- Excellent knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and related legislation.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with fluency in English and Turkish.
- High integrity, hands-on mentality, and ability to work independently in a joint venture context.
