As a Reliability Engineer, you will review and participate in capital projects to ensure total cost of ownership is considered, own and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance processes, and systematically identify and eliminate production losses and asset failures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- 5 + years of experience in a maintenance engineering role required
- 5+ years of experience working with reliability engineering-related processes required
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional desired
- Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM knowledge required
- Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) process expertise required
- Asset Management & condition monitoring principles, tools and application expertise required
- Expertise in all areas of maintenance and reliability, material management, planning and scheduling, and/or CMMS / EAM / ERP optimization desired
- Proficient in CMMS solutions like Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance & Prisma
- Good oral/written communication skills and tact required
- Able to talk in public and teach large groups required
- Requires 30% travel
