We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive plant reliability improvements through planning and execution of best maintenance practices within the Maintenance Department. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, and 3-5 years of experience in reliability, maintenance engineering, or asset management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline)
- 3–5+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance engineering, or asset management—preferably in heavy industrial sectors such as cement, mining, aggregates, steel, or manufacturing
- Experience with cement plant equipment (kilns, mills, crushers, conveyors, etc.) an asset
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, RCM methodologies, and predictive maintenance tools
- Proficiency with CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, or similar)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, AutoCAD, AutoDESK, SAP PM preferred
- Experience with vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and other condition monitoring techniques
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to interpret trends and drive improvements
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
