IT Support Services Analyst

We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT Service Center in Bangalore, providing expert-level support for technical issues and incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• At least 1 year of experience as a Service Desk Analyst
• 1 year of technical proficiency in troubleshooting IT issues
• 3 years of IT service care-based experience
• Hands-on problem solving skills
• Familiarity with IT service desk tools and technologies (e.g. active directory, O365 admin, SharePoint)
