We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support for all supported applications, respond to user inquiries, and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements
- Provides technical support by phone and live chat to customers relating to effective use of technologies including computer, mobility, voice, network connectivity, and various software applications.
- Support and maintenance of PCs, including setup, deployment, training, and troubleshooting.
- Coordination with authorized vendor for PC hardware repair, monitoring, and removal of virus and spyware.
