Provider Relation Analyst (Content Editor)

We are seeking a Provider Relations Analyst to join our Academia and Government team in Chennai. This role involves monitoring and addressing issues related to provider content and analyzing metadata and content gaps to identify and implement necessary corrections.

Requirements

• Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in metadata analysis, content review, journal operations, editorial administration, and content management
• Ability to clearly express yourself both verbally and in writing
• Ability to multi-task and ensure all tasks are well organized and understandable when monitored by various stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and ability to reflect the project under your responsibility using reports
