The Manufacturing Manager is an integral member of Clark Pacific’s operations leadership team, responsible for executing continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing manufacturing capabilities, and safely delivering on-time and on-budget projects with exceptional quality.

Requirements

• Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Develop a culture of creativity and accountability in project teams
• Analyze internal MFG data and trends to inform decision making
• Identify succession planning and developmental opportunities
• Implement enhancements to capital equipment
• Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, and development opportunities
