The Project Superintendent is a primary field leadership position responsible for project success, overseeing construction, and managing field personnel. They lead planning, integration, and coordination of scopes of work, ensure compliance with EHS policies and regulations, and manage project costs. They also lead quality, safety, and coordination efforts, and maintain a positive relationship with stakeholders.

- In concert and alignment with (S)PM, review and understand project budgets, including material budgets, company purchases, purchases orders, and rental rates
- In concert and alignment with (S)PM, coordinate and manage (extra) work
- Develop and lead OFCI coordination efforts
- Lead in the scheduling of inspections, as necessary, throughout the construction process
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean job site, including the construction office
- Assist in pricing and scheduling pursuits, provide constructability during design phase development on projects
- Understand and assist in the development of detailed Scopes of Work, Instructions to Bidders (ITB), site coordination plans, and other applicable exhibits in Front End (ITBs) documentation
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents
- Train and monitor progress of all field management staff
- Provide leadership in quality process
- Assure accurate/timely documentation of daily construction activities
- Chair weekly key trade contractor coordination meetings
- Assist/support Project Engineers in coordination, shop drawing, and submittal processes
- Verify that As-Built drawings are kept current
