Job Description
Cincinnati Opera is seeking a Chief Financial and Administrative Officer to lead financial strategy and planning for the organization. The role will oversee financial operations, develop budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis and guidance to senior leadership and the Board of Trustees.
Requirements
- Translate complex financial data into clear insights for decision-making
- Partnership with senior leaders and boards on long-term financial planning
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Experience with accounting, audit, or financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business, or equivalent experience
- CPA, advanced degree, or relevant certifications a plus
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Comfort working in a shared-service or outsourced finance environment
