The Community Impact Analyst will join CDF's Strategy team to measure and communicate the impact of our lending work by combining data analysis and storytelling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in urban planning, geography, GIS, economics, public policy, finance, communications, or similar.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (including internships).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
- Experience working with socioeconomic or community development datasets (Census, ACS, HUD, BLS).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated interest in equitable community and economic development.
- Experience with research projects and impact measurement or social performance metrics, preferred.
- GIS mapping and spatial analysis experience (ArcGIS, StoryMaps), preferred.
- Experience with basic design tools such as Canva, preferred.
- Familiarity with the Greater Cincinnati region and its housing, planning, and economic development landscape, preferred.
