Staff Civil Engineer

The Staff Civil Engineer provides technical leadership for civil engineering projects through planning, evaluation, design, and implementation. This role leads study-phase and/or design-phase efforts for projects within the civil, environmental, construction, and industrial sectors, with a strong focus on site development and infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
• 3-5 years of civil engineering experience preferred (minimum of 2 consecutive years required)
• PE licensure preferred but not required; actively working toward Indiana licensure is a plus
