Job Description
The Licensed Optician at EyeCare Partners will provide world-class customer and medical support. This role involves dispensing and fitting glasses and contacts, offering recommendations, and educating patients. Responsibilities include managing frame standards, collecting measurements, and maintaining a patient-friendly environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- ABO Certification
- NCLE Certification
- Previous medical office experience preferred
- Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for this position
- General understanding of HIPAA guidelines
- Physical demands (walking, sitting, standing, lifting, etc.)
