Optician - 1st shift, full benefits

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Optician for their Holland, MI location, dedicated to delivering a world-class patient experience while supporting their medical needs. The role involves dispensing and fitting glasses and contacts, working directly with optometrists and ophthalmologists, and providing excellent customer service. This position is part of a 650+ ECP-affiliated organization with over 300 ophthalmologists and 700 optometrists.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Current ABO/ABOC and NCLE certifications (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to read and interpret insurance forms
• HIPAA compliance
