Requirements

• Perform the washing of dishes and major and minor equipment in compliance with established protocols
• Execute deep cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen and food preparation areas
• Report and follow up on defects, damages, or maintenance needs in the kitchen area
• Perform the washing, drying, and distribution of minor kitchen equipment
• Perform inventory of cleaning and operational supplies
• Perform waste collection and disposal following proper procedures
• Handle chemicals and cleaning products correctly
