We are looking for an Assistant Chef to lead the kitchen team at Claus, a leading hospitality company. You will be responsible for operational leadership, team management, and menu concept development.
Requirements
- Completed ZW cooking education (min. level 3)
- At least three years of leadership experience in the kitchen
- Experience with or strong interest in working with a rational variosmoker
- Strong interest in working with a Social Hygiene and mentor diploma
