Accounting Manager

Clay is a creative tool for growth that helps businesses scale without huge investments in tooling or manual labor. We're looking for a sharp and low-ego Accounting Manager to help our finance and accounting functions grow and develop.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Active CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting principles
• Fluency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar), Excel/Sheets, and modern SaaS billing tools
• Strong understanding of billing operations and systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal
