Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, account management, customer success, or business development
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other internal teams
- Problem-solving mindset
- Data-driven approach to measuring partner health and identifying opportunities for improvement
