Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) leaders running at their best. You will work closely with EPD leaders handling everything from scheduling high-priority meetings to pulling off memorable team events.
Requirements
- Manage fast-changing calendars with precision
- Be a trusted, critical partner in the success of EPD
- Act as the go-to point of contact for internal and external partners
- Follow up on action items and commitments
- Plan and execute EPD team events, offsites, & dinners
- Coordinate travel
- Help unite the EPD team by being a go-to resource across functions
