GTM Recruiter

Clay is looking for a Recruiter to handle full-cycle talent acquisition with a focus on GTM roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interview design, and closing, and will partner closely with hiring managers on building out their teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business recruiting experience
• Strongly preferred: at least 2 years of in-house and/or early-stage startup GTM recruiting experience
• In NYC or SF and excited about an in-person office environment
• Excellent interviewer with an eye for talent
• Effective communicator in both written and spoken contexts
• Prioritizes candidate experience
