Job Description
Corporate Training Coordinator at Clayton, a leading single-family home builder, to ensure a successful Team Member Orientation program and reduce turnover. Provide administrative support for TMX initiatives and advance special projects. Coordinate training presentations, materials, and exercises to reinforce understanding of manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management
- Experience with training and instructing personnel
- Strong facilitation, instruction and coaching skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at one time
- Computer literate (AS400, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate clearly and positively at all levels
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish
- Capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information
