We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Inside Sales organization. In this role, you will support revenue growth efforts across multiple lines of business and be at the forefront of engaging potential and former customers, identifying needs, and scheduling qualified meetings for our Field Sales Specialists.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- Proactively engage new and inactive accounts via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Identify customer needs and pain points and assess fit across multiple service lines
- Reintroduce and educate prospects on service offerings tailored to their industry and location
- Qualify sales meetings for Field Sales Specialists
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and customer insights in CRM (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing teams, and field sellers to ensure alignment on outreach strategy
- Contribute to team metrics and pipeline generation goals
- Adapt communication strategies based on region, vertical, and customer segment
