The Director of Operations, Vapor Control is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the assigned business unit(s) to ensure optimum efficiency and fiscal responsibility. Develops and implements operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize efficiency and profitability.
Requirements

- Coordinate and manage group activities and interactions with other divisions
- Coordinate scheduling of personnel and project assignments
- Conduct and supervise staff meetings
- Approve all accounts payable / accounts receivable for payment
- Review monthly P&L statements and all applicable discrepancies
- Perform revenue forecasting
- QA/QC all specialist work
- Oversee customer service responsibilities for office
- Enforce or modify work procedures as needed to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Directly supervise employees
- Participate in developing and reviewing project proposal or plan
- Bid and/or assist in the bidding of industrial services projects
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of projects
- Review status reports and modify schedules or plans as required
- Prepare reports for management, clients, or others
- Confer with personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
- Coordinate project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies
- Ensure customers receive cost effective services in accordance with contract provisions
- Resolve billing issues to customer and company satisfaction and ensures safe execution of all services provided in accordance with Clean Harbors safety policies, procedures, and practices
- Support customers during the implementation of contracts and throughout the relationship
