Job Description
HPC-Industrial is looking for a Field Supervisor to join their safety-conscious team in Norco, LA. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating the daily operations of service line crews, ensuring compliance with Company policies and providing quality services to clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the industrial cleaning industry
- Prior supervisory experience
- RCRA certificates
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability in people management
- Strong knowledge in operating equipment used in service line
- Ability to comprehend the English language, written and verbal
- Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel skills
