Foreman IS

Thompson-Industrial is looking for a Foreman to join their safety conscious team in North Charleston, SC. The Foreman will be responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating daily operations of the service line crew, ensuring compliance with company policies and providing quality industrial cleaning services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the industrial cleaning industry
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Strong knowledge in the operation of equipment used in Hydroblasting and vacuum truck
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver
• Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment
