Job Description
We are seeking a Foreman to join our safety conscious team at Thompson-Industrial in North Charleston, SC. The Foreman will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of the service line crew, ensuring compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintaining good customer relations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years, verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in the operation of equipment used in Hydroblasting and vacuum truck
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver
- Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment is preferred
