Job Description
Clean Harbors is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support on HR practices and policies, respond to employee inquiries, and resolve data issues. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Field and Centers of Excellence to support an employee-oriented culture.
Requirements
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, policy, and employee assignment issues
- Document, investigate, and resolve employee, manager, and HR staff data issues and process questions
- Provide administrative support on special projects and initiatives
