Job Description
Clean Harbors is seeking an Instructional Designer to plan, design and develop eLearning training content for the organization. The role will support projects from partner teams across India, US, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, ensuring Health and Safety is the number one goal.
Requirements
- Understanding of cognitive flow, structure, and sequencing of information
- Experience with Projects / Program Management and Addie Development Lifecycle
- Ability to analyze instructional design project requirements and work with the Project Manager around scope and solution
- Collaboration with subject matter experts, team members, and project managers
