Instructional Designer

Clean Harbors is seeking an Instructional Designer to plan, design, and develop eLearning training content for the organization. The role involves meeting with business process owners, creating storyboards, and constructing eLearning courses using Articulate software.

Requirements

• Understanding of cognitive flow, structure, and sequencing of information
• Experience with Projects / Program Management and Addie Development Lifecycle
• Ability to analyze instructional design project requirements and work with Project Managers
