Instructional Designer

Clean Harbors is seeking an Instructional Designer to plan, design, and develop eLearning training content for the organization. The role involves meeting with business process owners, preparing storyboards, and constructing eLearning courses using Articulate software.

Requirements

• Experience with Projects / Program Management and Addie Development Lifecycle
• Understanding of cognitive flow, structure, and sequencing of information
• Ability to analyze instructional design project requirements and work with Project Manager around scope and solution
• Ability to design and develop learning deliverables utilizing basic tools and templates
• Ability to create storyboards and design specifications
• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations
• Ability to develop pro-active and responsive solutions to business needs
