Instructional Designer

Clean Harbors is looking for an Instructional Designer to plan, design, and develop eLearning training content for the organization. The role involves meeting with business process owners, preparing storyboards, and constructing eLearning courses using Articulate software.

Requirements

• Understanding of cognitive flow, structure, and sequencing of information
• Experience with Projects / Program Management and Addie Development Lifecycle
• Analyze instructional design project requirements and work with Project Manager
• Design and develop learning deliverables utilizing basic tools and templates
• Create storyboards and design specifications
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
